Farooq Ahmed, a popular small screen actor in the entertainment world, said that some of his acquaintances played a role in the closure of a Facebook page with nearly six lakh followers. Recently, he said this in a post on his Facebook on social media. 

It became viral among the netizens after posting such a message on social media. After that, he came to the discussion again. Highlighting his long Facebook experience and complaints, Farooq Ahmed said that his Facebook page (about 6 lakh followers) and personal ID (about three lakh followers) were suddenly closed based on a complaint about one and a half years ago. 

The actor said that the matter surprised him deeply. He said, it is difficult to know people. The people closest to me are the enemy—I understand that. Personal beliefs and relationships have been the biggest hit.

Farooq Ahmed said, people I know have closed my page and ID by making false allegations. Who was very close to me. Later he came to know who was behind the allegations. However, he never gave any direct response on the matter. 

The actor returned to Facebook after the page was closed. Currently, about two and a half lakh followers have been added to his new profile in a short period of time. The actor said, I opened a new ID as the page was not returned. Within a few months I got good response, I got people’s love. He also said that social media has become a very important medium to communicate with fans.

Farooq Ahmed also complained that misleading information is being spread by creating fake Facebook ID in his name. He urged to be associated with his original ID.
