Authorities discovered the body around 12:00 p.m. following reports from local residents. Neighbors became suspicious after hearing the victim’s seven-year-old daughter and five-year-old son crying for water through a window. Upon finding the apartment locked from the outside, locals contacted the national emergency service, 999.
