Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone continues to work through the final stages of her second pregnancy, maintaining a rigorous shooting schedule as she approaches her due date next month. Currently in her eighth month of pregnancy, Padukone is prioritizing the completion of her filming commitments before the arrival of her child.

The actress is reportedly focused on wrapping up her sequences for the upcoming film “Raka,” a high-profile production directed by Atlee. The science-fiction fantasy project, which is scheduled for a 2027 release, features South Indian superstar Allu Arjun alongside a notable ensemble cast, including Rashmika Mandanna, Janhvi Kapoor, and Mrunal Thakur.

Industry sources indicate that Padukone has demonstrated significant professional dedication, occasionally working late into the evening to finish her portions. Her commitment has garnered widespread appreciation from the production team and fellow crew members.

In addition to “Raka,” Padukone is attached to the project “King,” directed by Siddharth Anand. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan and is slated for a theatrical release on December 24. The cast for this production also includes Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Raghav Juyal, Abhay Verma, Saurabh Shukla, and Rani Mukerji.
