Tarique Rahman inaugurates Doctors Association of Bangladesh 37th anniversary assembly

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman inaugurated a physicians’ rally on Saturday morning to mark the 37th anniversary of the Doctors Association of Bangladesh (DAB). The event was held at the LD Hall of the National Parliament.
Prior to the commencement of the rally, Prime Minister Tarique Rahman planted a neem sapling on the parliament premises. His wife, Zubaida Rahman, also planted a tree sapling during the proceedings.
Following the ceremonial tree planting, the program continued with the national anthem and the formal hoisting of the party flag by the Prime Minister. To symbolize peace, the Prime Minister and his wife released two doves before the official start of the physicians’ assembly.
The event was attended by several notable figures, including BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, DAB President Professor Harun Al Rashid, and DAB Secretary General Md. Zahirul Islam Shakil, along with other organization leaders.
