Four more children died with measles symptoms
In the last 24 hours, four children died of measles symptoms in the country. Two of them are from Dhaka and two from Sylhet division.
This information has been informed in the updated report of the health department on Friday. It is said that four children have died with symptoms of measles in the previous 24 hours till eight o’clock this morning.

A total of 49 children have died of measles since March 15. And 231 children died with measles symptoms.
The Department of Health says that 115 children have been infected with measles in the last 24 hours. And 1 thousand 170 children have symptoms of measles. Among them, 942 children were admitted to the hospital. Among the children admitted to the hospital, 370 are from Dhaka Division. Apart from this, 893 children who were admitted with measles symptoms were discharged from the hospital during this period. This includes the maximum 364 children of Dhaka division.

According to the report of the Department of Health, since March 15, symptoms of measles have been observed in a total of 38 thousand 301 children. Among them, 26 thousand 100 children were admitted to the hospital. 5 thousand 146 of them were diagnosed with measles. And the number of patients discharged from the hospital is 22 thousand 650.
