Priyanka gets ‘Global Vanguard Honor’

Actress Priyanka Chopra is acting equally in Bollywood as well as in Hollywood. Today, he has become an inspiration for future generations. The actress has built an effective bridge between the Asian and Western entertainment worlds for the past two and a half decades. 

In 2002, Priyanka Chopra started her journey in the acting world with ‘Thamijaan’ in Southern cinema. The following year, he made his debut in Bollywood with the movie ‘The Hero: Love Story of a Spy’. After that, she established herself as one of the best actresses in Bollywood by acting in movies like ‘Fashion’, ‘Barfi’, ‘Mary Come’, ‘The Sky is Pink’.

Later he strengthened his position in the international arena. He started his journey in Hollywood with the popular series ‘Quantico’ and worked on big projects like ‘Citadel’ and ‘The Matrix Resurrections’. Currently the actress is busy with the new series ‘Whitley’.

Apart from acting in both worlds – Bollywood and Hollywood – Priyanka is also a successful producer, singer and writer. His production company Purple Pebble Pictures brought regional language stories to international audiences. Their production ‘The White Tiger’ also received an International Oscar nomination.

The actress is also active in social work. She has been working for child rights and girls’ education for a long time as a goodwill ambassador of UNICEF. Earlier, Priyanka Chopra has been awarded several awards including Padma Shri. Priyanka Chopra is going to get new recognition in the international arena again.  He will be awarded the ‘Global Vanguard Honor’ at the Gold Gala-2026 event to be held on May 9.

According to the organizers, actress Priyanka Chopra has played an important role in building an effective bridge between the Asian and Western entertainment worlds for the past two and a half decades. From Bollywood to Hollywood—actresses equally adept in both industries have created a unique niche, which will serve as a beacon for generations to come.

Artists, producers and cultural personalities from different parts of the world will be present at this grand event organized at the Music Center of the United States. In a recent interview, Priyanka Chopra said, ‘Art has no boundaries. Be it language, geography or culture—an artist’s dream is universal. This honor makes me more responsible.

It is to be noted that along with Priyanka Chopra, the legendary action star Jet Li will be given the ‘Gold Legend Honours’ on the same stage. He is being conferred with this lifetime award for his contribution in taking martial arts cinema to new heights on the world stage. Apart from this, “Marvel” famous Simu Liu is getting “Gold Mogul Honors”. Singer EJE and actor Charles Melton will also be honored in various categories.
