New allegations of misconduct against Katy Perry

World-famous American pop star Katy Perry is again in the face of serious controversy. Her famous music video ‘Teenage Dream’ co-star Josh Kloss has accused Perry of sexual misconduct. Josh Kloss described the incident in detail, calling it a ‘silent trauma’.
On the other hand, the police investigation is still continuing based on another complaint made by actress Ruby Rose in Australia.
In an interview with Page Six on Friday (April 24), Josh Kloss, 45, alleged that Katy Perry pulled down her pants and underwear in front of everyone at a party in 2012.
Kloss said the incident happened at a birthday party for a close friend of Perry’s two years after they worked together on the 2010 ‘Teenage Dream’ video.
“When I went to greet him with a friend, he suddenly pulled down my pants without warning,” Kloss said. I screamed in shock, but he was just laughing.’
In 2019, Kloss opened up about the incident on Instagram for the first time. But then he was subjected to ridicule and contempt. Many told her that she was ‘lucky’ to be treated like this by a star like Perry.
In this regard, Kloss said, ‘He who should have thanked me, has insulted and humiliated me to the highest degree in front of his close friends. Why should I be grateful for this? The most painful thing in public is when people don’t want to believe you.’
Perry did not directly respond to Close’s allegations in an interview with The Guardian in 2020. But he said, ‘We live in a world where anyone can say whatever they want. I don’t react to all the things that are said about me, because I have to spend my whole life to prove them true or false.’
Victoria Police has confirmed that Melbourne’s ‘Sexual Offenses and Child Abuse Investigation Team’ has launched an investigation into the 2010 incident. However, Perry’s spokesperson called the allegations “absolutely false” and “dangerous and irresponsible lies”.
