Faria Returns with New Eid Song After Pataka Hit

Bangladeshi film actress and singer Nusraat Faria is set to release her new single, “Loke Bole,” on May 26, coinciding with the upcoming Eid al-Adha festivities. The folk-pop track, produced by renowned musician Fuad Al Muqtadir, marks Faria’s return to the music scene and is poised to be a significant attraction for her fanbase.

Faria announced the new song on social media Friday, May 22, fulfilling a promise to her fans and hinting at a more special Eid celebration this year.

“Loke Bole” features lyrics penned by Tahzib M Bondhon, with Fuad Al Muqtadir responsible for the composition and musical arrangement. The track will be released under the banners of SVF and Bling Music, accompanied by a music video directed and choreographed by Indian filmmaker Baba Yadav.

This release marks Faria’s fifth solo musical endeavor. She first ventured into music in 2018 with “Pataka,” a song that garnered both praise and criticism. Her most recent release before “Loke Bole” was earlier in 2024, also under the SVF label.
