Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime unit arrests four suspects for attempted robbery in Jatrabari

Detectives from the Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) unit arrested four individuals on Sunday for allegedly preparing to commit robbery in the Jatrabari area of the capital. The operation took place around 8:15 a.m. near the Jatrabari police station roundabout.
The suspects have been identified as Mohammad Ali, 20, Nurnabi Akash Majhi, 23, Jamal, 25, and Sohan, 26.
According to a press release issued by the CTTC, the arrests were executed following a tip-off received by the City Intelligence Analysis division. Authorities confirmed that the individuals were intercepted while assembling to carry out criminal activities at the roundabout.
Following their apprehension, the four suspects were processed and subsequently sent to court to face legal proceedings.
