Results of 6th Teacher Recruitment Recommendation Published for Private Institutions

The results of the 6th recommendation list for teacher recruitment at private educational institutions have been published. A total of 41,000 candidates have been recommended provisionally for appointment while the document verification process is ongoing.
The recommended candidates will receive their appointment letters from the respective institutions by September 18. Once the appointment letters are issued, candidates must join the institutions within seven working days.
On Tuesday afternoon, during an official ceremony at the Ministry of Education, NTRCA Chairman Md. Aminul Islam handed over the results to Education Advisor C R Abrar.
The NTRCA stated that institution heads can use their user ID and password to log in to the Teletalk link and download the recommendation letters of the candidates.
According to the Ministry of Education, a total of 1,865,719 candidates applied for the 18th Teacher Registration Examination. Among them, 1,340,833 participated in the preliminary exam, out of which 479,981 passed. In the written exam, 348,680 candidates participated, and 83,865 passed. In the viva exam, 81,209 attended, and 60,634 were successful.
Education Advisor C R Abrar said that under the 6th recruitment recommendation process, approximately 41,000 teachers have been recommended against 1,822 vacant posts across various institutions following proper procedures. The entire recruitment process—from e-registration and submission of demand by institutions to recommendation based on qualifications—was conducted with greater transparency and modern technology.
He added, “Through teacher registration, we have created a list of talented, qualified, and skilled teachers who will shape the next generation effectively. Following Ministry of Education guidelines, the highest-scoring and subject-eligible candidates were selected through digital verification. This is a forward-looking initiative. I hope that this digital transformation of the teacher recruitment process will become even stronger, transparent, and acceptable in the future.”
Guidelines for Recommended Candidates:
Before issuing appointment letters, institution heads must verify all relevant educational certificates of the recommended candidate and cross-check the recommendation document issued by NTRCA through a three-member committee of existing teachers at the institution.
Within seven days of the joining date, institution heads must log in to http://ngi.teletalk.com.bd using their user ID and password and click ‘Yes’ under the Joining Status option. If a candidate does not join, they must click ‘No’ and provide the reason for non-joining.
