In such a situation, all activities of the service publication are being temporarily suspended in order to complete the audit activities impartially and properly.
Since the death of Kazi Anwar Hossain, the founder of Seba Prakashani, on January 19, 2022, the activities of one of the most popular publishing houses in the country, established by him, have come to a standstill.
Kazi Shahanur Hossain was contacted about the decision of temporary suspension and his mobile phone was found switched off. However, his younger brother Kazi Maimur Hossain's wife Masuma Maimur, advisor of Seva Prakashani, was contacted. He told Prothom Alo that this decision was taken after family discussion. There is no family conflict behind it.
After the death of the founder of Seva Prakashani, Kazi Anwar Hossain, his two sons Kazi Shahanur Hossain and Kazi Maimur Hossain are the owners of the company as equal partners. And Kazi Anwar Hossain has advised Masuma Maimur during his lifetime.
Masuma Maimur said that Kazi Maimur Hossain is ill. Elder brother Kazi Shahanur Hossain is a simple man.
