Old woman died in Comilla due to bull’s butt

An old woman named Amena Begum (75) died on the spot in a bull’s butt at Gharmora market in Homna upazila of Comilla. The incident took place at Gharmora market of the upazila on Monday afternoon.
Amena Begum is the wife of deceased Abul Hasem of Omarabad village of Bhasania union of Homna upazila.

According to locals, Amena Begum went to Gharmora market from her house yesterday morning. Going to the market, he fell in front of a bull. The bull gores the old woman with its horns. He was seriously injured. The people of the market rescued him and took him to Homna Upazila Health Complex, where the doctor declared him dead.
Homna Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer. Manik said that as there was no complaint from the family, the body was handed over to the relatives of the old woman.
