Biogen Cosmeceuticals Expands Operations with Relocated Banani Flagship Branch
Biogenic Cosmeceuticals, a prominent science-based skincare brand in Bangladesh, has officially relocated and reopened its Banani branch to better serve its growing clientele. The new facility, situated on Level 2 of Kazi’s Heritage at House 49, Road 11, was inaugurated last Saturday in a ceremony attended by company leadership, prominent media personalities, and industry influencers.
The event featured the brand's founder and CEO, Mohammad Zahidul Haque, alongside actress and model Bidya Sinha Mim. Influencers including Farzana Islam, Ishaya Tahsin, and Ayesha Akter Toushi were also present, commending the brand’s commitment to modern skincare technology and innovative service models.
During the opening, CEO Mohammad Zahidul Haque emphasized the brand's role as an aesthetic ecosystem providing integrated hair, skin, and baby care solutions. He underscored the company’s strict quality control measures, noting that every product introduced to the market undergoes personal vetting to ensure safety and authenticity. The brand’s philosophy centers on bridging the gap in the local market for reliable, non-counterfeit dermatological products.
Actress Bidya Sinha Mim, a long-time advocate of the brand, highlighted the international recognition the company has garnered. She credited Biogenic’s specialized treatments—such as Bio-Hydra facials, Biolaser, and EPN therapy—for their effectiveness and accessibility.
Since its inception in 2015, Biogenic Cosmeceuticals has pioneered personalized skincare in Bangladesh, utilizing advanced technology to tailor solutions based on individual skin types, lifestyles, and environmental factors. The company currently operates 20 branches nationwide alongside an extensive online platform. Furthermore, the organization actively promotes gender equality, with women comprising approximately 83 percent of its workforce.
The brand's innovative approach has earned global accolades, including the "Most Innovative Cosmeceutical Brand in Bangladesh" at the 2025 Global Brand Awards in the United Kingdom. Its achievements have been profiled by international media outlets, including AP, ABC, Fox News, Yahoo Finance, and Business Insider.
Leadership has also received significant external recognition, with Mohammad Zahidul Haque named "Entrepreneur of the Year" by CEO Review Magazine in 2023. Haque recently completed the Stanford Seed Transformation Program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, a milestone that underscores the company’s ambition for continued global expansion. Through its newly upgraded Banani location, Biogenic remains focused on delivering expert-led, science-backed skincare while continuing to scale its research-driven product development.
