In the speech of the chief guest at today’s event, Prime Minister Tariq Rahman said, ‘If justice is established in the country by coordinating the law department, administration department and judiciary department, the rule of democratic rights of the citizens will be met. Otherwise, citizens will not get this opportunity. The present government is determined to establish the right of the people to seek justice by establishing the rule of law in the country. The court is not a place for harassment; Rather, I personally believe that mob violence will be eradicated from the society if such belief is strengthened as a safe place to get justice. For this, the present government is working to establish the judiciary as a place of justice and trust.

The Prime Minister further said that the government has continued the implementation of e-bailbond program to modernize the judicial system as a part of the transition of the administration and judicial process to a fully electronic system to reduce the harassment of the people in the judicial process through a corruption-free, transparent and independent judiciary. As a result of which e-bailbond system was launched today in seven districts. We believe that if the e-bailbond system is introduced in all the courts of the country, it will help in the establishment of justice by removing the delay and discrimination in getting the justice of the people.

After the introduction of e-bailbond system, the bail bond will now reach the concerned person within some time. Due to this, the current government has decided to bring all courts across the country under the e-bailbond system.
