A passenger bus careened off the Airport Road in Dhaka on Sunday evening, striking two pedestrians and crashing into a wall at the Kurmitola General Hospital, leaving one person dead and another injured.
The accident occurred at approximately 7:15 p.m. as the Paristan Paribahan bus, traveling from Mirpur toward Uttara, lost control shortly after descending from the Kalshi flyover. The vehicle veered off the thoroughfare and plowed into a generator room wall adjacent to the hospital entrance.
