5 more children died in 24 hours due to measles symptoms in the country. Among them, 4 children are from Dhaka division. And a child died in Chittagong. According to the Department of Health, in the last 24 hours, 1,229 children across the country have symptoms of measles. 562 of them are from Dhaka division. Among those who were admitted to the hospital with measles symptoms, the maximum number was 406 from Dhaka division. And least 9 children are admitted in Rangpur division. Apart from this, 786 children who were admitted with measles symptoms were discharged from the hospital in the last 24 hours. Among them 352 children of Dhaka division.
According to the report of the Department of Health, a total of 38 children have died of measles since March 15. And 190 children died with measles symptoms. At the same time, the total number of patients with symptoms of measles is 27 thousand 164. Among them, the number of patients admitted to the hospital is 17 thousand 998. 3 thousand 934 of them were diagnosed with measles. And the number of patients who have been discharged from the hospital is 14 thousand 892.
