Asiatic Threesixty Launches Her Asiatic Circle to Empower Women Professionals
Marketing communications and advertising agency Asiatic Threesixty has launched "Her Asiatic Circle," a dedicated platform designed to foster the professional and creative development of its female workforce. The initiative aims to serve as a collaborative space for knowledge sharing, career advancement, and navigating the complexities of work-life balance.
The platform was officially inaugurated on Monday at Batighar in Banani, Dhaka, during an event attended by the agency’s leadership, staff, and representatives from various departments. The launch featured a series of discussions, cultural performances, and networking sessions, underscoring the organization’s commitment to gender equality and employee empowerment.
According to a press release issued by the agency, the platform will function as a hub for mentorship and skill development. Future programming is set to address critical areas such as legal rights, financial literacy, and mental health, while providing a forum for open dialogue regarding the unique challenges faced by women in the professional sphere.
To maintain consistent engagement, the initiative will utilize a mix of online and offline channels to host year-round workshops, creative exhibitions, and leadership training sessions.
