The controversy surrounding Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra’s nearly Rs 60 crore fraud case filed by a businessman is not stopping at anything. Earlier, his name was also involved in the investigation related to Bitcoin. As a result, Raj Kundra’s legal battle is still ongoing due to one controversy after another.

In 2021, Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch in July in a blue film case. Since then, he has been going through legal complications for four consecutive years. Allegations were that he was involved in a ring producing adult content and promoting that content through an app called ‘HotShots’. 

Meanwhile, crime branch investigators say the videos were shot in India but uploaded on foreign platforms to avoid local regulations. Then in 2024, the investigation of the case got a new momentum. The Enforcement Directorate conducted searches at multiple locations in Mumbai and Uttar Pradesh. 

Raids were also conducted at the houses of those involved in the case, including Raj Kundra. But they did not get any information. However, despite the passage of time, the final judgment of the case has not been announced. Raj Kundra is fed up with this long legal process. Raj Kundra said, four years have passed. Today my lawyer Prashant Patil presented all the arguments. I stand for truth. If guilty – punish. And if not, release me. He said, delay in getting justice means deprivation of justice. At the same time, Raj Kundra expressed his anger about the loss of his honor in the media.
