Rock Icon James Announces Two-Month European Concert Tour
Renowned Bangladeshi rock icon James is set to embark on a two-month concert tour across Europe, bringing his signature performances to expatriate communities in six countries. The tour, officially titled after his band "Nagarbaul," marks another significant international outreach for the legendary musician following his highly successful series of performances in the United States last year.
According to Rubaiyat Thakur Robin, a spokesperson for the artist, preparations for the tour are well underway, with ticket sales already active across the designated venues. The excitement among the Bangladeshi diaspora is palpable, as fans look forward to experiencing the high-energy sets that have defined James’s career.
The tour is scheduled to launch in London on July 25. Following the inaugural performance in the United Kingdom, the itinerary includes stops in Portugal on July 26, Cyprus on August 9, Rome on August 16, Venice on August 22, and concluding in Sweden on September 5. While the artist had previously hinted at the upcoming journey, the finalized schedule and specific city dates were only recently confirmed via his official social media channels.
Expectations for the European leg are high, drawing parallels to his 2023 North American tour. Although James had initially planned for 10 shows in the United States, overwhelming audience demand resulted in a significantly expanded run of 25 concerts. Given this historical precedent, organizers and fans alike anticipate that the upcoming European tour may similarly exceed its original scope.
