Dad was stabbed during the father-son fight in Demra of the capital. Israfil (45) was killed. He was a security guard by profession. His son (withheld as he is a teenager) is absconding after the incident.

The incident took place at a rented house in Demra North Bazar area around 5:30 am on Monday.

Deputy Inspector (SI) of Demra police station Abdul Majeed said that Israfil’s body was recovered from the spot around 11 o’clock after receiving information in the morning. After the legal process, the body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.

According to the police, no complaint has been received from the family yet. Israfil’s house is in Sutapara village of Sonargaon upazila of Narayanganj. At present, he was living in a rented house with his family in North Bazar area of ​​Demra.
